March, 2021 - We are pleased to share with you that our Evergreen-3 residential complex in Varna has already obtained its long-awaited Act 15 - a normative document that officially certifies that the building is completed! 

What does this mean?

-       That all construction and installation works have been completed successfully.

-       That the development of the project was carried out in accordance with the pre-approved plans.

-       That Evergreen-3 will soon receive an official аuthorization for use!

Four entrances of the “Evergreen” complex «A», «B», «V», «G» lead to the apartments that will satisfy your taste and preferences.
