ADVA-EU is an investment and construction company that is working on Bulgarian market since 2013. The company operates in Sofia and Varna. The total area of the company projects is more than 20 000 square meters (m2), including buildings that are still in construction. The company specialization is development of a high-quality residential complexes with a high investment potential.

ADVA-EU investment and construction company is a part of ADVA group of companies that has been working in the field of construction and investment on the international market for more than 30 years. ADVA group also includes ADVA Bulgaria and ADVA Estate companies. ADVA Bulgaria company operates in Pomorie (Bulgaria), where it has developed several residential complexes with total area more than 10 000 m2. ADVA Estate company has invested in a number of development projects with total area more than 100 000 m2.

Four entrances of the “Evergreen” complex «A», «B», «V», «G» lead to the apartments that will satisfy your taste and preferences. You can choose everything: from the views from your windows (sea or courtyard with the fountain) and the type of your balcony (small balcony or terrace) to the apartments size (from 63 to 134m2) and number of bedrooms (one, two or three).

You can rent apartments in the “Evergreen” complex. It could be long or short lease. Apartments that are available to rent are at the entrances “A” and “B”. All apartments are fully furnished and ready for you.
