Halloween celebration for the citizens of the Evergreen complex in Varna

October, 2022 - The mission of ADVA-ES is indeed to create a new dream home for our residents. But we also take the extra step and strive to create something way more valuable - a space for better living. 

As a part of our all-around efforts to design not just a home but a lifestyle, we pay attention to special events for our community. 

This October, we organized a special Halloween celebration for the citizens of the Evergreen complex in Varna. 

The families attended a special Halloween lunch while the children went trick-or-treating in the area. 

It was a pleasure witnessing our residents enjoy themselves and live their best lives in the atmosphere we designed with dedication and care.

Four entrances of the “Evergreen” complex «A», «B», «V», «G» lead to the apartments that will satisfy your taste and preferences. You can choose everything: from the views from your windows (sea or courtyard with the fountain) and the type of your balcony (small balcony or terrace) to the apartments size (from 63 to 134m2) and number of bedrooms (one, two or three).

You can rent apartments in the “Evergreen” complex. It could be long or short lease. Apartments that are available to rent are at the entrances “A” and “B”. All apartments are fully furnished and ready for you.
